Biden administration folks are claiming they inherited a nonexistent coronavirus vaccine rollout plan from the Trump administration, with one anonymous administration official going so far as to tell CNN last week that the team will “have to build everything from scratch,” a claim that even top epidemiologist Dr. Anthony Fauci later disputed as patently false. Joe Biden spent months on the campaign trail criticizing Trump for deliberately misleading the public. Is his administration now falling into the same trap? “It’s a meaningful stumble,” Steve says on today’s podcast, “and I think they got caught basically misleading the public about the status of the vaccine program.” After Sarah and the guys chat about vaccine distribution logistics, they discuss Trump’s upcoming second impeachment trial, the media and its rewriting of history, and the latest drama with former DOJ officials in the Trump administration.

I know I’ve said this already, probably more than once, but talk about money well spent. I have learned so much from The Dispatch, and this podcast was another home run for my husband and me. I’ve been struggling with the entire Trump saga for quite awhile, even though I voted for him in 2016. I didn’t want to hear it, but Jonah really opened my eyes, and this group has continued to do that. What really hit home with this particular podcast was when David talked about the Republican senators (hope I’m getting this correct) being part of the problem, but also the voters who continue to deny that Trump was and is a problem! This is my biggest frustration right now. What on earth does a president need to do in order for his supporters to see that he’s full of sh*t, and that they’re being used?
And if anyone is tired of hearing about it, then that’s exactly why it needs to keep being said. Yes, there are plenty of problems with Biden’s administration and demands from the other side, BUT until the people who consider themselves Republicans are willing to acknowledge the BS being fed to them, there’s nowhere to go except down.
I really wish the team had chosen to go into the over-reach of the executive orders instead of giving the Trump saga more oxygen. It deserves 5 minutes or less...I hope you aren't pandering to the liberals in your subscriber based as I feared you might be. We need more focus on holding Biden to account rather than this continued obsession with Trump in the news.
He won't be convicted. There aren't the votes. Democrats will try to weaponize Republican votes to not convict (and disqualify) and use them as a rationale for greater policy over-reach. That's the real story.
I hate Trump, never voted for him, but this continued focus on him at the expense of larger issues relevant to conservatives is really bothersome.
